Employee data such as personal, contact, employment, direct deposit, and job information is sourced from BambooHR and sent to Spectrum’s PR Employees module. The basic set of flows are; create, update, terminate and rehire employees.
PDF paystubs can be moved from an FTP site to BambooHR’s Documents tab, provided each PDF file is for one employee only and the filename has their employee number to connect the PDF file to the right employee record in BambooHR.
This data feature sends approved time-off requests from BambooHR to Spectrum via the Pre-Time Card Import. These pre-time card entries will need to be approved and then processed during the payroll cycle in order to reflect the available leave balances for employees.
This data feature sends the leave balances available in Spectrum’s Employee Time Off Bank and updates the time off balances in BambooHR to ensure both the systems are trued up. Spectrum will be the source of truth for leave balances unless indicated otherwise.
