This feature sends Jobs from Viewpoint Vista to an ERP project in Clearstory. This allows users to link Clearstory Projects to Viewpoint Vista Jobs.
This feature sends Job Phases from Viewpoint Vista to Clearstory for each Project. These values are used during the Clearstory Change Order Export Process, allowing Viewpoint Vista Change Orders to be created with Job Costing information already applied.
This feature sends Cost Types from Viewpoint Vista to Clearstory for each Project and Phase. These values are used during the Clearstory Change Order Export Process, allowing Viewpoint Vista Change Orders to be created with Job Costing information already applied.
This feature sends Change Orders from Viewpoint Vista to Clearstory for each project. The Clearstory user uses this list to select existing Viewpoint Vista Change orders to add items to and to calculate the next Change Order Number.
This feature sends Clearstory Change Orders to Viewpoint Vista with Jobs, Phases, and Cost Types already applied. This saves time and improves accuracy compared to manually keying these items.
