New and existing active JC Jobs in Vista are automatically synchronized and created in ON!Track as Jobsite Locations. Additionally, jobs present in both systems are pre-mapped during the onboarding process. Ongoing, updates to JC Jobs are automatically synced to ON!Track Locations every 30 minutes.
New and existing active EM Locations in Vista are automatically synchronized and created in ON!Track as Warehouse Locations. Additionally, locations present in both solutions are pre-mapped during the onboarding process. Ongoing, updates to EM Locations are automatically synced to ON!Track Locations every 30 minutes.
For EM Equipment and ON!Track Assets, you have the choice on which way you want the data to automatically synchronize. The integration supports both the ability for EM Equipment Items in Vista to synchronize to ON!Track Assets OR to synchronize from ON!Track Assets to EM Equpment in Vista. Either direction, Equipment and Assets present in both systems are pre-mapped during the onboarding process and ongoing updates are automatically synchronized every 30 minutes.
As Assets are transferred from warehouse to job, job to warehouse, or job to job, utilization details such equipment item, to job / to location, date, and time are automatically synchronized to the EM Location Transfer form. From there leverage EM processes to charge equipment usage to Jobs in Vista. Transfer data udpates are automatically synchronized EM Location Transfers every 30 minutes.
Viewpoint and Hilti ON!Track integration reduces data entry efforts between the two applications by keeping employees, job locations/warehouses and assets in sync.
