This integration syncs Spectrum Employees to Procore users, and for new users, sends an invitation to join the platform. When performing the initial sync, if the employees are already in Procore, the integration will be linking a Spectrum Employee with a Procore User, using the email to match the two records.
This integration syncs Completed (approved) Timecards from Procore to Spectrum Pre-Time Cards, posting to the selected Job, Phase and Employee entered in Procore.

Timecard entries are shown on the Daily Log and can be included as part of daily project reporting. Timecard entries also appears in the Timesheets tool to provide a single view of all time entered against a project for both the project management and field crew teams.
Leverage Procore’s Project Timesheet tool as you normally would. Ryvit will automatically pull Completed Timecards from Procore for timecard batch entry to Viewpoint. No manual intervention is required for data entry into Viewpoint. Timecard batches are ready for Payroll.
