This feature automatically syncs JC Phase Master and JC Cost Types from Vista to Standard Cost Codes and Cost Types in Procore. Syncs are performed on a 1-hour schedule.
This feature is a bi-directional sync of Project and Vendors in Procore with JC Jobs and AP Vendors in Vista. For Vista pulls, this feature automatically pulls data on an hourly schedule sends to Procore. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
This feature is a bi-directional sync of Cost Codes and Cost Types in Procore with JC Job Phases and JC Job Cost Types in Vista. This feature executes on a 1-hour schedule to pull data out of Vista and send to Procore. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
This feature is a bi-directional sync of Budgets in Procore with JC Original Estimates in Vista and also exports "Estimated Cost to Completion" and "Forecast to Complete" from Procore to Vista. This feature executes on a 1-hour schedule to pull data out of Vista and send to Procore. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
This feature syncs Commitments and Commitments Change Orders from Procore to SL Subcontracts / PO Purchase Orders and SL Change Orders / PO Change Orders in Vista. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
This feature syncs all posted cost transaction details from Vista into the Direct Cost tool for each project in Procore. This provides transaction detail for the costs displayed in Procore, and if the budget view is configured appropriately the values of those transactions can be viewed into the Direct Costs or JTD Cost columns for a budget line item.
This feature syncs JC Contract from Vista to Prime Contract in Procore. This feature executes on a 1-hour schedule to pull data out of Vista and send to Procore.
This feature syncs Prime Contract Change Orders from Procore to JC Change Orders (External) in Vista. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
This feature syncs Budget Modifications from Procore to JC Change Orders (Internal) in Vista. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
This feature syncs AP Transaction Entry and AP Approved Invoices from Procore to Subcontractor Invoices in Vista. Data from Procore is synced as soon as the user exports it within the ERP Integration module.
Sync of AP Payments from Vista to Subcontract Invoice Payment in Procore. This feature executes on a 1-hour schedule to pull data out of Vista and send to Procore.
