Your Raken Workers will always be up to date. As changes are made in your Sage 100 Employees screen, the intgration will make those same changes in Raken.
Your Raken Classifications are aligned with your Sage 100 Pay Groups. As you add new Pay Groups or even rename a Pay Group, the integrtaion will ensure that the Raken Classifications match, meaning your staff irregardless of which system they use will be using the exact same terminology.
Your Sage 100 Account Receivable Jobs will match the Raken Project list eliminating dual entry and ensuring alignment on key Job properties like name, number, and address.
Your staff using Raken will see Cost Codes with Hours or Labor dollars budgeted for the primary job and any additional phases of that Job. This ensures all time posted back in Sage 100 will include the cost codign you need to properly track your labor expenses.
As time is ready for Payroll, the Raken user, with the click of a button, can send this time directly to your Sage 100 Daily Payroll screen. This time will include all the information you need in Payroll to start processing Payroll. No dual entry by the Payroll team or coding problems from the field!
