Classifications in Raken are a way to identify the type of work performed. When Sage 300 CRE and Raken are used together, the Classifications represent how you can specify work performed. The Employee default Union, Local, and Class are also sent to Raken, providing the most optimal data entry for your staff while allowing flexibility if an employee performs a role other than his typical and needs to be paid at the rate of the other role.
Do you use Certified Classes instead of Unions to identify the type of work provided? Then we can send this data instead of Unions/Locals/Classes to Raken.
Jobs data from Sage 300 CRE drives the Project list in Raken. As your Sage 300 Jobs are created, a Raken Project is created, eliminating any confusion between staff that primarily use Raken and those that primarily use Sage. The same Jobs will seamlessly exist on both platforms.
This feature ensures that Sage 300 Job Cost Codes and Cost Types are represented in Raken for accurate Job Costing on each time card.
