This feature leverages Viewpoint Spectrum PR Employees data to populate your Raken Worker list. This ensures your field staff always have accurate work lists for all Raken features. Syncs run on an automatic schedule.
Classifications in Raken are a way to identify the type of work performed. When Viewpoint Spectrum and Raken are used together, the Classifications represent all of your Wage Code, Union Code and Level combinations. The PR Employee default Wage Code, Union Code and Level are also sent to Raken providing the most optimal data entry for your staff while allowing flexibility if an employee performs a role other than his typical and needs to be paid at the rate of the other role.
JC Jobs data from Viewpoint Spectrum drives the Projects list in Raken. As your Spectrum Jobs are created, a Raken Project is created - eliminating any confusion between staff that primarily use Raken and those that primarily use Spectrum. The same Jobs will seamlessly exist in both platforms.
This feature ensures that Viewpoint Spectrum's Job Phases and Cost Types are represented in Raken for accurate Job Costing on each time card.
Ready to Run Payroll? With just a few clicks in Raken, the time your teams have entered all period will be added to the Spectrum PR Pre-Time Cards program ready for Payroll to process.

Time tracking for crews and individuals
