Tenna + Viewpoint Vista

This feature is a trigger-activated sync that ensures all equipment data is accounted for in both Viewpoint Vista and Tenna when equipment data is created or updated in either system.

Vista Equipment Management Locations are represented in Tenna as 'Yard' type sites with their own GEO fence to automatically update the Tenna Equipment location and then automatically update the Vista location through the EM Location Transfers program.

Vista Job Cost Jobs are represented in Tenna as 'Project' type sites with their own GEO fence to automatically update the Tenna Equipment location and then automatically update the Vista location through the EM Location Transfers program.

Pushing Tenna Work Orders and their related Maintenance Request items into Vista as Equipment Management Work Orders helps keep your field mechanics and other personnel in Tenna while eliminating the double entry needed to record the Work Order in Vista.

Tenna provides a full suite of hardware and telematic integrations to capture hours and/or odometer readings every time your equipment is started or stopped. This integration ensures that Vista benefits from this accurate Meter data, and posts an EM MEter Reading batch each morning to ensure Vista starts the day with accurate meter data.

Tenna, with its rich set of features, always knows where a piece of equipment is, and with their Geo-Fence technology will tag that equipment with the related Site. This Site will map to a Vista EM Location or a Vista JC Job. As the Equipment's location data is updated, we will create EM Location Transfer records in Vista ensuring you have accurate and timely location information in Vista for all of your equipment.
